One of the rubbish place being served. I been there to withdraw some money but the staff were so rude. And I was so astonished manager women is more aggressive and threatened me to close my account....!! If I have the option to hit 0 star button then I may do it. I was served on Thursday by a girl with a terrible attitude (didn't get her name - she had dark skin and sat on desk closer to the window side). Really rude huffing about I could have used a machine to cash a cheque (I don't like using them because if they eat my cheque I'd have to wait six weeks for a new one to come).... read full comment

Today I went to this branch after hospital treatment and it was close to 5pm. The lady at the desk asked me to come another day as it too late to deal with me. My friend explained that I'm unwell and the lovely manager Mr Shabs Zai came to help me. He went beyond his duty to help me with a few urgent issues. Very efficient,... read full comment
