Food and beverage was good, but the lady was serve us need to understand how to treat costumers. Not going to coming back

A flaky experience at Caffè Nero - Bedford St. in London There had been a scarce glance enough to be reluctantly unserved a brownish hot water which never touched a drop of coffee. Next time, I deeply recommend hiring another staff member who were able to prepare a truly “caffè vero”.
