Arrived during open hours but the doors were locked and staff said they are closed. What a waste of my time. Please do better

They really need to call in the exterminators, the back seating is just infested with flies. Just uncomfortable to sit in and work for any amount of time. Also, what exactly are they cleaning when they're closing that area off early before closing, the place is just dirty with spider webs, dirty seats, dirty windows. No... read full comment

Was in London for a birthday treat yesterday and went in for a coffee and cake - we got friendly service and nice coffee but sweet eats at the counter looked understocked tired, unloved and unappetising - Went to sit gown are realised how grimy the place was with really dirty windows unclean floors and smeary tables- ... read full comment
