So unhelpful! the only good and efficient person was the lady at the counter (Friday 17/11 at 11:50am). Booked an appointment over the phone because their online ID check couldn't verify me. Waited over an hour even with an appointment.Move the document uploads online, not everyone has spare hours to wait around during the day.

What can you reasonably say about a bank that had an overhaul of its facilities and then chose only to open 0930 - 1500 during the week. You can neither go before or after work. At least it's accessible for the unemployed and those who watch Loose Women.
