They forgot our booking, after we showed them the confirmation email the man decided to blame us for not emailing him back despite the confirmation email not asking for any other correspondence. The whole team, but in particular Jose and Lola, were BRILLIANT - they really went above and beyond, and made our surprise party truly excellent.
