Tried to use the Evri parcel return system. I was told the printer was not working. I informed them it was the third Tesco shop I had visited that day and I had already the labels. Then I was told the connection with the Evri system was not working. Lots of customers waiting in line only one self check out register open.... read full comment

My recent in-store experiences have been marred by an unusual smell pervading the premises. It's rather embarrassing to bring this up as it's not a pleasant topic; however, I believe that addressing this issue is a necessity. There's also the issue of not being able to print Evri labels all the time.
