Charith was SO rude, arrogant, and unprofessional when dealing with Evri parcels. I was the second client waiting in line, but he let customers behind me do the check-out first, and it was all because he thought I was not being patient during the wait. My card was not working due to a technical issue with my bank and I had no other way to pay. One of the Tesco employees offered to buy me my sandwich and I am very grateful and will certainly be back to pay him back. Wish I could give more stars for the kindness and generosity!
