Spoken to very abruptly today by the branch manager. Yesterday he was so nice and pleasant but I had to come back 3x just for a change. I won't be back and that is sad. I will be making a formal complaint in regard to the rest of his behavior.

Went into the branch today and received excellent customer service from Jody.He helped with my current account application and uploading documents for the application.He was very swift and attentive during our visit and was really helpful.

Absolutely atrocious customer service; Had to go three times just to do a simple task because they are 'too busy' and can't be bothered to do it.
