Customer service is really poor. This was my first time having made a purchase with LK Bennet but it will definitely be the last after how my return was handled in the shop. Real shame that a high end brand doesn’t have the exceptional customer service you would expect for such a label.

The shop assistant went to great lengths to assist me in buying my trousers which were available in another store. Very exceptional service from the tanned woman with a middle parting.
