I clicked on the free eye test link and booked and then they called for appointmnet confirmation. I have asked on the phone 2 times, is it 100% free and the lady said yes. Now I came all the way here for nothing, because they ask for money. Total dissatisfaction!

Ordered click and collect, received no notification that item had been delivered, needed it for a birthday gift, you cannot get through to anyone on the telephone, even customer services could not get through to the store.Customer services reckoned the staff had not scanned the item when received so that's why no notification.Total... read full comment
