To start, the uniform on an individual had pizza dough over it upon collection. The interior of the shop doesn't appear updated or as clean as you would expect it to be. Great customer service. One of the pizzas I ordered was wrong and they were able to rectify it. Very pleased with their service and top quality pizza from Papa Jones.

Foods okay but service is a big fat 0. Tried to make me feel guilty and responsible for their failure at quality check.I ordered a BBQ pizza, but they had not added the BBQ sauce on the pizza!!I will repeat, NO BBQ sauce.I called thinking oh well mistakes happen, but had to argue with them to swap out the pizza with another.... read full comment
