I have used this shop on numerous occasions and I have always found them to so helpful with issues I've had with my phone, excellent knowledgeable and friendly service from all the team .

Booked a repair appointment through the EE website. There were three confirmation emails, and not one of them mentioned that this store doesn't do repairs! Got there and was told to drive to Watford instead. Looks like someone else was in this situation 5 months ago, and still EE haven't adequately updated their website.
