Extremely disorganised with only 1 person dealing with customers who was more interested in promoting barclays products causing long waits for customers wanting assistance

Counter tills very often are not opened, almost always there are excuses (e.g. underseen circumstances, flooding) but now counter tills are closed for some weeks without any excuses. Many elderly people complain about insensitive attitude as well. Unfortunately, there is no order and no counter service. I don't blame staff... read full comment

No counter service. Staff just pointed me to a machine to deposit a cheque. No customer service.
