Terrible branch. The worst service I've ever seen in my life.They tell you to sit down and wait in the queue but then they attend people who are not in the queue. They have no ticket system whatsoever.Be ready to wait for hours in the queue even if you have a simple query.Unbelievably ridiculously ridiculous.
