Slow poor service have been trying to get name added to a business account for months so simple but they could not cope / kept getting lost on there own paperwork/ losing documents.

Visited this morning, before rushing to work. (13/10/2023 9:30). Very bad service. The cashier refused to deposit cash in, even when a machine was out of service, only one machine was working and was long queue there.
