I have given one star other wise can do the review. Reception extra rude, who he think he is. Dude you are answering phone and we the costumers pay for your job so get manners. To Halfords give training to your staff don’t just drop anyone on reception they are damaging your reputation…

Stay away! It's a sketchy place. I visited for routine maintenance, and the entire experience was a nightmare. The booking confirmation was vague, the reception was rude, and they didn't bother cleaning up the mess they made during the service. Took my car there for an MOT and a clutch check. It failed the MOT rather spectacularly. OK, no problem.
