Staff were rude and not at all helpful. It's a shame as we were looking forward to trying products that would suit us, but no effort was made to accommodate us.

Excellent service, staff are really welcoming and friendly and clearly know their stuff! They were really helpful in helping me choose wines that would suit me. Have a really good range of choices from around the world. Will definitely keep coming back to my local majestic ?
