The Balham store in EE store was abysmal and they sent me to voda phone store as they could not be bothered to help me. The Voda phone store in Balham was very helpful. As an EE customer of over 10years it was really very bad service

Daniel who served me today was fantastic saved me so much on my bill and got me a great deal on my price plans. He was professional and knowledgeable about the products and offers. I have told all my friends to visit the EE shop in Balham

Worst Experience in a store ever.They are only interested in bringing new people on, anyone else coming into the store they would say that they are having 'technical difficulties' when actually this isn't the case.
