Used to be a great little shop. I have bough some lovely items however the items are now overpriced and the shop is messy and unorganised. The manager is also very rude. I just walked in to donate to the Balham location. With no apparent drop off, I headed to the back where a staircase was located. I walked down saw a woman in the room and asked if this was part of the shop. She aggressively shouted “no! You have to get out” and sort of charged at me.
