I met a work friend for a coffee and we sat downstairs which was a dream,such a lovely area to unwind after a long day I had the deluxe hot chocolate and an ice tea with a cake ,it was lovely and we stayed for a good hour catch-up time in such an amazing place,staff very nice and friendly and patient..

I ordered two iced lattes today and was impressed with the range of flavours. I was served by the very kind professional lady. With great customer service. The man who served me had no social skills and didn't answer me.the state of the fables and floor was disgusting, they hadn't been wiped for ages.
