Purchased very expensive glasses. 3 months later the arm screw came out. I took the glasses in to get the screw replaced. They told me they don’t have the screw. I said ok, take the screw from the display model. They refused to do it and made me get the independent optician next door. They gladly did it and didn’t charge... read full comment
