Unhelpful and rude staff . All I needed a stamp on my statement - being paperless and customer for 14 years, they said they didn’t have a stamp which was a lie as second colleague came with a stamp but only agreed to put a stamp on the one they print- but they don’t print more than 3 months. This bank is normally good and very helpful but today I was served by the manager "the Australian guy" I wanted to put in 560 odd quid into my ISA and he starts asking me questions looking at me like I'm some dodgy person and kept asking me where I got the money from.... 560 pounds really?
