I would avoid this Travelodge as the communication between them and their guests are shocking. I arrived with my partner on Tuesday to find out it was shut with no communication of this happening to find out we was being transferred to Croydon Central. Disgusting with sewage coming up in the shower. Rubbish everywhere around this prison style hotel with razor wire adorning the building. Area vile, felt unsafe. Staff unhelpful and surly. Halls stunk of sewage and weed. Never been in such a horrible hotel. Travelodge themselves weren’t interested in our complaints
