The person my 11 year old was served by was lovely, he explained to her the pricing and the loyalty card scheme. The pretzels she bought were hot and fresh and she was so impressed she asked me to write this review on her behalf.

one of the staff members was professional, added a star for her. Unfortunately supervisor was not. I asked for fresh pretzel bites as I wouldn’t have eaten the reheated ones any.day. This is the best shop for Pretzels ?? They always go above and beyond. I truly highly recommend
