6 computers on the counter, at least 5 customers service representatives could be there, but on my question as to why there were only one person on the desk, hence long queue she rudely replied, ‘ye but they are having lunch you gotta be patient’.Where does she think she is?

Always a long que , without understand why there is max 2 people behind the desk to serve you! What about hiring more people? ?? Cause is ridiculous guys! !!

Great experience so far. However, disappointed they are closing on Sundays. This was a five star service.
