Good grief the queues! I was told I didn’t need to book an appointment when I called telephone banking to do so - evidently that’s absolute nonsense. Came to register my father’s death and close his accounts - the bank needs to see the physical death certificate at some point, whether we had completed everything online... read full comment

Don’t know why it takes a long time to see an advisor. Consultations shouldn’t take more than a few minutes per customers. If it takes too long pass it on to the next available advisor or add to waiting list. Some customers want to simply update a phone number and address.
