Had to wait for 30 minutes at the timber cutting station.Staff told me someone was coming in at 1:30pm waited until 2pm and no one came.If you can’t provide the service, at least let your clients know before making them wait 30 minutes.

B&Q get a lot of flak but sometimes they are really good. I just had Thomas mix some paint for me and he made it into a pleasurable experience!
