I see several other reviews about the same issues as I have encountered. Basic courtesy let alone customer service is absent from the employees at this store. Prime example in the argument for automation of such roles, sadly. Three times I have travelled there to use the Collect+ service, and they are quite animated about it being “full” and refuse to take even a small parcel for me, instead... read full comment
