There was an older male member of staff in the shop tonight. He was busy stocking shelves so I went to pay using the self serve and he then ran over and stood very closely behind me watching me scan and pay… I then said thank you when I left and he ignored me. Made me feel uncomfortable. I would rather the staff serve...

Excellent female member of staff. She noticed I had a parcel in my hand and immediately apologised that I couldn't drop it off because their bag was full. However, she said I could still use their printer to get the label and suggested I take the parcel to Tesco Express, advising that she knew their printer didn't work....
