We visited last Saturday and were served by a very personable man. I hadn't used Argos for ages as I hated their 'double queuing system' but they have removed the first queue by allowing us to order from the computer.

Staff could definitely be more friendly and help customers feel at ease, especially as it was my first time using Argos since the lock down and I wasn't entirely sure on how things would work. Staff did get my items to me promptly but I didn't like the overall atmosphere they created and won't be returning in a hurry.

I was served by a lady called Courtney and she was very polite and professional. I needed help with a box for some earrings I had previously bought and she was very helpful, providing lots of great options!
