Had a full body massage this evening with Lisanne and it was bliss. I was in a lot of tense pain but she asked me about pressure and kept it firm but also relaxing. Left feeling much looser and 100% improved - definitely recommend Lisanne :)

Instead of extending one of your former employees probation, you decided to make a newly single mother unemployed right before Christmas. Offered no formal training as promised and instead of attempting to improve on their skills, you fired them. Disgusting business practice and myself and many others will no longer be using your services. In fact, some have already cancelled their appointments. Appalling.

I hate having my hair cut, but Shadi made the whole experience very pleasant and she was lovely to talk to. I like to style my hair myself so opted for a wet cut, went home and did my thing with the straighteners and voila - a brilliant haircut! Thanks Shadi ?
