Excellent customer service Harry never disappoints the only problem is a 5 pound card limit which is very disappointing from a man like Harry who sets such high standards for the premier

Shocking customer service. Yodel parcel to collect - half hearted attempt to locate parcel, was told I was 'wasting her time' ! Second attempt to locate parcel & was told I was being rude to her by asking her to find parcel !Don't work in a customer facing role if you don't like customers & we're wasting your time.
