Not good. One day the self service machine beeped when I paid for goods. As though I had paid. Umbeknown to me, my payment had not gone through properly. I was accused of not paying and challenged in store and was clearly watched by staff on further visits. Made to feel very uncomfortable and feel I can't shop there anymore.... read full comment
