There is a really lovely lady who is always super friendly and helpful when I call to check on my son’s prescription. I don’t know her name but she’s brilliant and a credit to the pharmacy

I had to attend this pharmacy to pick up emergency prescription medication whilst in Stroud visiting family. Unfortunately the experience I had was very poor as the staff behind the counter were unhelpful and unfriendly and seemed to find my situation amusing.
