My father's had 4 missed appointment letters from the hospital, delivered on the same day, no post all week.Terrible service

Terrible, 1st or 2nd class signed for - makes no difference, all late, can be traced to salmon springs sorting office from where they were sent but once there they dissappear for days until delivered.Possibly the worst delivery company in the world.
