Buy their Hunts bakery cakes they are to die for ?

Purchased a couple of bottles of wine here. One of which was clearly off/bad. Returned it the following day and was refused a replacement or refund. Appalling customer service. Would strongly advise anyone to avoid this shop. Would give zero stars if possible.
