Been holding back on leaving a review but needs must. I had my hair transformation booked in for months and was very excited it wasn't until it was cancelled last minute due to staff shortages that I was booked back in on a day and time that was not convenient at all. However I rearranged around their offered appointment to be met by an extremely unwell hairdresser who was coughing sneezing all over me she told me the boss had made her come in otherwise was sacked! I was appaled! So my hair at the time looked ok but shortly after many were sliding and falling out. I called up and the owner said not her problem or on her watch! I'm sorry but for 500£ this is awful service. I've had to get a mobile hair fitter in to refit the hair! It was a terrible experience and also a scary location with menacing looking young men outside the door throwing stink bombs and alsorts of behaviours.

Have been following Tressup for a while and always seemed to have a busy salon looking to produce great service. As a qualified hairdresser for over 10 years I decided to finally add hair extensions to my offering and wanted an online course for ease.However since booking my course I have had nothing but poor service, products, training and communication.It took 5 weeks to get access to the online portal, raised multiple times that my logins they provided me with weren?t working. Their web agency confirmed they had provided me with the wrong log in details. The online access should have been provided as soon as the course was paid for.2 weeks to receive the kit, a half blonde half grey doll head and tips that were too big to put into the nano rings meaning I have not been able to do any practical training.When I finally got access to the online academy was no information or instruction on how you would be assessed or how to achieve the certificate. When asked for this detail I was ?forwarded? an email where the date and time had clearly been tampered with. They had never sent the email but wanted to make it look like it had.Have asked for a refund and they have told me their insurance provider would be in contact on 03/04/23 yet another month has passed with no contact.They have ensured me that they have 800 returning customers and have never had a complaint, however I?ve mentioned their name a couple of times to colleagues in my salon and some clients and their reputation doesn?t seem to be the same out in the market.It?s a real shame. I wanted to be able to offer extensions to my clients and continue to grow my business I?ve worked hard to build over the last 10 years. Unfortunately their poor communications and organisation has made this a draining experience. I would advise anyone looking to obtain training via this provider to look elsewhere and spend the money on a trusted provider.

I had my hair coloured with Kimera and she was amazing! So friendly and easy to talk to & definitely knew everything she was talking about. She made my vision reality.I then had my extensions fitted with Sasha who was incredible! Also so friendly, easy to talk to and took her time fitting and curling my hair & trimming it which I really appreciated it. I am really pleased with the outcome!I would recommend the salon to anybody, everyone is so friendly & welcoming and all know exactly what you?re looking for and how to execute it.
