Popped in to get a key cut 1st April. The gentleman working there had only moved to this branch 4 days prior, Gary I believe. Anyways Gary was really friendly and talkative. Cut the key for my car which worked a treat. I was in and out in about 5 mins.

Had a similar experience with Ellie Lenton around the same time. They scratched the back of my watch and I complained so it was sent to their workshop. I stopped going there until beginning of the year when a friend asked me to take her watch for battery replacement. The guy named Dean was very different from the others...
