There was some confusion with Amazon saying to collect the item and Royal Mail website saying it was out for delivery so I went to ask, not realising the office was closed.I explained my confusion to a man and asked if I should go back to collect later that week or wait for delivery.On seeing delivery was only attempted the previous day he asked his friend to find the parcel for me, and he did!They didn't know the parcel is a subscription of washing tablets that my business needs, or that my mortgage just went up by £400 a month so I couldn't "just pop out to get more".I know it's a small thing but their help meant a lot to me.Thank you kind post men ?

Bunch of INCOMPETENT IDIOTS!! Booked an home pick up for international delivery as I didn't had printer. The MORON postman called "Neil" just tapped on the door, even though there was a working door bell. Drove all the way to the delivery office where I was assured by "Jordy" it'll be sortedGuess what next day the parcel was returned to me saying there was no printed sticker on it and the moron postman didn't carried the sticker with him !! Spoke to Jordy who is asking me to take it to post office who has printer. Took to nearest post office in stoke gifford where the lady said the printer is NOT WORKING & the parcel is too big for international delivery.Don't know whom to believe? but will NEVER EVER TRUST NOR USE THE SERVICE OF THESE INCOMPETENT IDIOTSWould like to send a BIG THANKS TO THESE IDIOTS cause of them my daughter will get her Birthday Gift DELAYED!!

Opening times keep changing. I went today in the middle of the day and it was closed. Apparently it now opens only 8-10 am and 4-8 pm on Thursdays, however that is not what it says online... Impossible to keep up with opening times!

This sorting office should be shut down. As they only work here . We who live here r fed up of postal workers leaving there cars on our door steps .Park ur cars in the car park instead of on our streets. Then u all want to strike for more money. Maybe if u don't inconvenience our streets. Then u will get the money. But I will soon park my cars and vans across ur gate every day and c if u all like it clowns....

Always very helpful and staff are so friendly and are always there to help you sometimes iv been late to pick up are mail because I look after my mother in law who has severe dementia and they helped me by going in and getting it for me so 10/10
