Boo to the cafe advertising afternoon tea for two, £10 per person. We queued for 20 mins only to be told there wasn't any, 20 mins after the offer opened at 2pm because demand was too high. Let people know!!!!!! Go along the line and tell customers that option isn't available so they can make another choice. Lost our business.

My deepest apologies again to the employee on the second floor who shortly delt with my nan today. She tries using her dementia diagnosis as an excuse for her bad manners unfortunately. You were so helpful in the short time you were helping us and I greatly appreciate your try. Hope this experience didn't affect you negatively and that you're feeling okay <3

Had the most amazing experience in Cribbs Causeway Store today. I was in with my elderly parents, Mum and I in wheelchairs and Dad struggling around. We needed a new suit for Dad, and Teresa in your Men's department was an absolute superstar. Helped sort Dad with what he wanted, the whole works, shoes, tie, shirt, waist coat, jacket, trousers. Nothing was a bother and can't praise her highly enough. Her kindness and customer service and genuine care, my parents were blown away and have never experienced assistance like this.Also a shout out to the lady in the cafe who helped me organise hot drinks and cake for us all, and took items to the table for me.Well done Cribbs store, this is really amazing!

It's my nearest m&s shop and I have been visiting it for years. Today I went there with my daughter and while she was trying some clothes on I waited outside the cabin. First floor, cornet fitting room. I waited by the big mirror in the middle want could not believe how DUSTY the artificial flowers were. Layers of dust on both of them. Very disgusting. Shame on you m&s , your manager is not doing the right job there

I had multiple returns and new replacements coupled with a 4 for 3 offer to make sure I still qualified for. The sales assistant Steve showed great patience and knowledge when helping me out. Thank you. I wouldn't have wanted to have done it ?

Love their women's department in the Mall. Inspiring displays, helpful staff, quality clothes with reasonable price. If you are ever bored of your wardrobe, have a walk around of their displays !

This is a lovely spacious air conditioned store set across a couple floors at one end of the Mall.It has a large food hall, plenty of clothing and some very realistic plastic flowers for sale!

A good Mark's and Spencer, it's well laid out.The isle's and displays are wide so you don't feel crushed.It's a nice light store, the staff are very good they have a great mixture and the shopping is better for it.Parking in the top carpark gives great access to the upper level and is a lot less crowded than the lower level parking.It's really the only reason to go to Cribbs shopping centre.

This is Marks & Spencer at Cribbs Causeway. It's a large, airy store within a shopping complex. Over two floors, this store has women's clothing upstairs, men's clothing, food and homeware downstairs. There are also toilets, a cafe and a bureau de change.

Have been to M&S Cribbs Causeway twice in the last two days for Xmas goodies and found the elf helper Chris Thomas so obliging. His knowledge of where each product is located made shopping at the food hall at breeze amongst so many shoppers. He lightened the atmosphere, kept customers from obstructing others, managed the checkout queue efficiently and just made it a very pleasant experience to shop at such a crazy time of the year. He even went as far as fetching items for some customers who were in the queue that they had forgotten and never lost that Xmas spirit of always being merry and bright. Well done.
