Quality store. Great service & knowledgeable staff. Not pressurised to buy. Happy to help & answer relevant questions. Felt comfortable & at ease walking around. Eventually purchased although I had only intended to window shop!!

As long-standing customers of Goldsmiths we are never disappointed with the high level of service from all staff. The new Cribbs Causeway shop is excellent and an enhancement to what has always been a fantastic service.
