I was a little disappointed with the customer service. My partner and I are looking to get a couple of new sofas as we are moving shortly. Visited dfs as we bought our last sofa from this store which has lasted 6 years. After walking around for 45 minutes we left and went elsewhere as the staff didn't seem at all interested...

Sofa is fine, but still missing the gliders (3 months later) despite multiple phone calls, visits to the store, and multiple promises to have them delivered.Great service until the point of payment, after sales service extremely disappointing.We are still waiting for our order to be fulfilled.
