Comfortable room, squeaky bed, everytime I slept and moved, I was woken by a squeak from the bed. Heating controls in the room are nonfunctional. Heat was provided from a plug in heater. Not to my satisfaction. I'd prefer the room to have working heating facilities without a standalone heater.

Got accused of smoking in my room when I told staff about security on the doors. Noise until 4 in the morning. A woman being hit. There attitude compared to halesowen travel is rediculous.
