I come shopping on Friday morning each week for shopping then i have a breakfast and enjoy the breakfast but do find the service a bit erratic at times last Friday had to wait ages for breakfast to come but another time you get come very quickly

This gentleman is the most skilfull person at ignoring customers I have seen. There is a sign saying please be polite, if the people behind the counter were attentive and served their customers it might not be needed.
