Went in 2/3 days ago to return a product, that wasn’t cheap btw. Had the receipt was only used 4 times. And said this company is praised too much its (his smile) and that it does nothing, was told that it’s not them so I have to call on the number on the back of the product? Wow what a terrible company , Superdrug no longer taking phone calls and it all has to go through WhatsApp or email. Ordered through Superdrug a new hairdryer in April 2023, which is now faulty, I was unaware that this was through a third party Superdrug market place, and Superdrug themselves will not help or resolve this... read full comment
