A great shop. Some really good stuff, nice and friendly staff, most helpful. Sure it used to be open till 8pm now it shuts at 6pm, inconvenient. I used to pop in regularly after 6pm when my young daughter went to bed.

I purchased a baby dolly next to me crib for my 2 year old daughters birthday. I opened the box, and i’m missing a leg! I tried calling smyths to talk to them about it and i got no answer! This is a joke!

My wife and I were in smyths gloucester this afternoon buying presents for our granddaughters. There was a young lady and an older lady in front of us at the till.
