Checked in for three nights, but after two nights on an uncomfortable bed had to check out, reception referred us to Guest Services to deal with our complaint, even though web site states the reception staff can deal with refunds. No internet ....i couldnt connect at all in the hotel or at the beefeater....but could connect everywhere else we visited..but was told there was nothing wrong with the wifiWas not offered the meal deal option. Very rushed check in

Usual Premier Inn room and to the standard expected. As ever staff helpful and courteous. Location excellent, Next to Gloucester Docks with all its shops and restaurants. Opposite Sainsburys, where you can get items for snacks, bottled water and milk for tea.
