They don't open per their advertised hours. I made a wasted trip to collect a DPD parcel. Was told Post Office was closed and the woman in the shop had no key. No apology for the inconvenience.

The rudest post office staff members I’ve ever come across. If you can’t be nice or even bare a smile get a job you enjoy or one that’s not public facing.

Since the refurbishment, the post office has not been the same. Website states clearly post office counter was open. Go there, it was not.
