Poor delivery service. Driver said he had called twice but no sign of him on our doorbell video and no card through the door. No phone call from depot despite request.

Absolutely awful service, awful tracking app. I missed a delivery on Monday as I wasn't notified it was being delivered, the app says the driver has left a card, well I don't know where he left it because he never went near the letterbox on the doorbell camera. It has happened that a parcel from Netherlands arrived and I had to pay duties on. So until I received the physical paper the parcel had been here for few days.
