Terribly slow. I needed help with a cash deposit and waited over an hour for service offered and nobody came.

I visited them 3 times and they did not solve my problem,The staff is very rude and the service is very bad. In the end I cancelled my subscription with them

Like some of the other comments said, some staff truly do act very unprofessionally.
